FESTIWELL: Health and Wellness Festival in King’s Cross

Created by Produce UK

As part of our ongoing work with the King’s Cross development, Produce UK was commissioned by Argent to transform King’s Cross into a hub of health for a free one-day wellness festival on 6 August 2017. FestiWell was the go-to event for yogis, gym bunnies, pavement pounders, the tentatively energetic and those seeking a healthy lifestyle in London.

Guests got to sample some of London’s best fitness classes on Granary Square, including yoga, boxing, Bollywood dance workshops, bootcamps and classes for new and expectant mums.

For those who wanted to take things a little easier,  massages and Tai Chi were enjoyed in the relaxed surroundings of Lewis Cubitt Park. Enquiring minds also got to drop into Lewis Cubitt Square for fascinating talks and panel discussions on meditation, nutrition and mental health.

Younger visitors were entertained with soft play, climbing, kayaking and pond dipping on Regent’s Canal, whilst all ages got to enjoy delicious food to boost mind, body and soul.
